MY HOPES FOR THIS BOOK


These are some of the Giosi family favorite fall recipes. They are designed to be made with ease, economically make use of ingredients, and taste amazing. Most importantly, these recipes are designed to fuel bodies for energy, wellbeing, and serving others.

All recipes included are plant based, gluten free, whole food recipes with little, to no, oil. They are low in sodium and processing, and high in nutrients.

Mostly, I just hope you love them!


Food is a tricky thing. Most of us have been conditioned to have strong beliefs about the "good" and "evil" of foods. I believe anything that fuels our body in ways that makes us feel great, is good.

Food is a tool we can use to make our lives, and the lives of those around us, better. It is cultural, familial, and should be enjoyed.

I also believe food is medicinal and healing. Pay attention to what actually makes your unique body feel great. If there are ingredients in these recipes you don't like or don't serve you, change it! These are not meant to be written in stone. Use them as a foundation to build meals that you and your people will love!
